Job summary

PMEP is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, execution, financial management, and delivery of construction projects. You will own projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality are met, and you will serve as the primary client contact.

You will collaborate with Superintendents and field leadership, manage budgets and margins, and coordinate with internal teams to drive operational excellence across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a construction-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets from buyout through closeout.
• Manage cost forecasting, cost reporting, and financial projections monthly.
• Review subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications and meetings.
• Develop and maintain overall project schedule with field leadership.
• Lead change order pricing, negotiation, and execution to protect margins.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.
• Travel to active construction sites as required and review progress on site.
