Job summary

Hoar Construction is seeking an experienced MEPF Superintendent to support the General or Senior Superintendent on complex projects in Texas. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection scopes, coordinate with trades, and drive quality, safety and commissioning of MEPF operations.

In this role you will manage field crews, review shop drawings, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure installation procedures meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Mgmt, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction with commercial/industrial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing techniques.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily field objectives, timelines and goals.
• Monitor project progress, ensure quality and safety across teams.
• Review drawings, shop drawings and submittals for conformance.
• Assist with planning MEPF coordination and scheduling.
• Support QA/QC and commissioning activities with Cx team.
• Collaborate with trades and owners for deliveries and issues.
