Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Territory Manager, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for a remote/field role in the US. You will manage ME P accounts, drive top-line sales, and build strong relationships with key decision makers across distributors and end users.

You’ll analyze Salesforce and Power BI data to map routes, execute Go-to-Market plans, and coordinate with internal teams. Expect up to 50% local travel and 30% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in product, commercial, industrial sales or similar.
• Ability to analyze PowerBI and Salesforce data to grow revenue.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% local and 30% overnight.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ME P accounts and regional territory with field visits.
• Execute Go-to-Market strategies and pricing programs.
• Regularly call on key customers, distributors, and end users.
• Achieve sales targets for tools and related products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and distributors.
• Provide product training and drive end-user conversions.
• Document work plans in Salesforce and analyze data.
• Utilize Power BI/MS Suite to track performance.
