Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced MEP-Driven Manager in Monroe, LA to lead on-site MEP teams and align field activities with project goals. You will manage safety, quality, and schedule while developing talent and coordinating with subcontractors and trade partners.

The role requires 7 years in MEP fields, a related associate degree, and OSHA 30 familiarity. You will drive safe, efficient MEP execution and contribute to client satisfaction on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in MEP field engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Associate's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, construction management, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of MEP professionals to achieve high performance and talent growth.
• Oversees all MEP-related construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work.
• Coordinates with project managers, MEP subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and maintain momentum.
• Ensures safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements specific to MEP operations are followed.
• Reviews and approves daily field documentation including progress reports and safety plans.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
