Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP field engineering or construction management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a field team.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of MEP professionals to achieve high performance.
• Oversee all MEP construction activities, ensuring safety and quality per specs and codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, MEP subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain momentum.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
