Candidates should have 7 years in MEP field engineering or related roles, plus an associate degree and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in MEP field engineering, construction management, or related field; 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 completion within 6 months of hire required; First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, manages, and develops a team of MEP individuals to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
  • Oversees all MEP-related construction activities, ensuring safety and conformance to project specs.
  • Coordinates with project managers, MEP subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and resolve issues.
  • Ensures safety policies, quality standards, and regulations are followed in MEP operations.
  • Reviews daily field documentation and productivity records for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
