Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
  • OSHA 30 Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.
  • First Aid and CPR certifications are required.
  • 7 years of MEP field engineering or construction management experience; 1–2 years in a managerial role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and develops a team of MEP professionals to drive performance and growth.
  • Oversees MEP construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance.
  • Coordinates with PMs, MEP subs and suppliers to plan resources and sustain momentum.
  • Ensures safety, quality standards and regulatory compliance across MEP operations.
  • Reviews daily field docs, progress reports, and safety plans for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicates project status, risks and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
