Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced MEP supervisor to manage and develop a team of MEP professionals on complex projects. You will guide cross-functional teams and trade partners to deliver safe, on-time, high-quality outcomes while supporting client satisfaction.

In this role, you will align field activities with project objectives, oversee on-site MEP construction, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in MEP field engineering, MEP construction management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of MEP professionals.
• Oversees all MEP-related construction activities, ensuring safety and adherence to specs and codes.
• Coordinates with project managers, MEP subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and resolve issues.
• Ensures safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Reviews and approves daily field documentation and productivity records.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
