Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to lead and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams across complex construction programs. You will manage multidisciplinary groups, track budgets, and ensure alignment with design intents, codes, and quality targets.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, 7 years of MEP experience in construction, and 1–2 years of managerial responsibility, with a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience in MEP systems within construction projects or a related field required.
• 1-2 years of managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of MEP professionals to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversee end-to-end MEP project execution with design teams, trade partners, and field teams, ensuring on-time completion.
• Monitor procurement, installation progress, and coordination with suppliers to mitigate delays.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards; implement QC and safety protocols.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders through meetings and documentation.
