MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale construction projects. The role ensures timely installation, testing, commissioning, and integration within budget and schedule. The ideal candidate will lead engineers and subcontractors, manage project risks, and maintain safety and quality standards, delivering projects that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience managing MEP projects in large commercial/industrial settings.
• Proficiency with Procore and Primavera; ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of MEP installation and integration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts to understand MEP requirements and goals.
• Develop and manage the MEP scope in the project schedule and ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate MEP into the overall design and schedule.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment; manage subcontractors.
• Supervise MEP teams and field staff; assign tasks and monitor progress; ensure safety and quality.
