Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5-10 years of experience in managing MEP projects in construction.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with contractors and architects.
• Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore, Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of all MEP systems installation and integration.
• Review project plans, specs, and contracts to understand MEP requirements.
• Develop and manage the MEP portion of the project schedule and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure cost-effective MEP execution within timeline.
• Supervise MEP teams and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare regular project updates for stakeholders and senior management.
