Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• 5-10 years of experience in managing MEP projects, with large commercial or industrial projects preferred.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore) and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of all MEP systems installation and integration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts to fully understand MEP requirements and project goals.
• Develop and manage the MEP portion of the project schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks.
