Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience managing MEP projects in construction.
• Proficiency with construction management software and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of all MEP systems installation and integration.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts to understand MEP requirements and goals.
• Develop and manage the MEP portion of the project schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction managers for seamless integration.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure cost-effective execution within schedule.
• Supervise MEP teams and field staff, ensuring high quality and safety.
• Monitor progress, provide guidance, and maintain project momentum.
• Foster cross-functional communication among design, construction, and subcontractor teams.
