Job summary

Clark Group in Atlanta is seeking a Preconstruction Manager (MEP/Systems) to support our local projects and the southeastern region. You will lead budgeting for MEP/Systems during the preconstruction phase, maintain cost data, and collaborate with trade partners to ensure best value.

This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience estimating in MEP trades. You’ll drive constructability reviews, support design teams, and help manage risk and value engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required or preferred.
• PE license is a plus.
• Experience in budgeting and cost estimation for MEP trades is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with trade managers and partners to develop complete project costs.
• Maintain MEP/Systems budgets from concept through Construction documentation.
• Produce complete cost estimates from project documents and input data.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve budget/design issues; support value engineering.
• Coordinate scope of work with other estimators to close gaps and avoid scope gaps.
• Travel periodically to support regional offices.
