Clark Construction Group seeks a Systems Manager (MEP) to lead and coordinate mechanical, electrical and fire protection trades across complex projects. You will review documents, guide 3D coordination, manage submittals, procurement, and on-site installation while maintaining schedules and quality.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or fire protection/life safety engineering, construction management or related or 8+ years of experience.
• 5-8+ years’ experience in construction and managing MEP trades, general contractor experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in MEP design review, drawings, submittals, field inspections, testing & commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and submittal approvals.
• Guide and monitor MEP trade coordination on site.
• Manage MEP submittals, tracking and procurement documentation.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain MEP schedule with project supervision.
• Review field installation and testing & commissioning efforts.
• Advise on MEP requisitions and contract changes.
• Oversee close out document delivery and staff development.
• Mitigate risk by reducing change order exposure and foster diversity and safety.
