Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking an experienced Systems (MEPF) Preconstruction Manager to lead electrical and low voltage preconstruction efforts for LA/OC projects. You will guide design reviews, cost estimating, and value analysis with internal teams, trade partners, designers, engineers, and stakeholders.

The role requires deep knowledge of MEPF systems, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple bids and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years estimating and cost control experience.
• Electrical commercial construction experience preferred.
• Proficient with estimating software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MEPF preconstruction process with internal teams, trade partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive value analysis to improve design cost, constructability, and schedule.
• Develop design deliverables and workflow to support subcontracting and permitting.
• Create and evaluate RFQs/RFPs for best-value trades and suppliers.
• Supervise and train other estimators and preconstruction staff.
