Diablo Tools, a Robert Bosch Tool Corporation brand, invites an energetic District Sales Manager to lead the MEP channel across Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. You will drive 100% market share in your territory, build key dealer programs, and execute growth strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

The role requires an extroverted, highly motivated sales professional with a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired; MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory.
• Schedule orders, develop presentations, and manage administrative duties.
• Build sustainable territory to meet goals and metrics.
• Overnight travel 8-10 days per month to meet customers and develop territory.
