Diablo Tools is expanding its MEP Sales Team across Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana. We seek an extroverted, driven sales professional to gain market share and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

The role requires building programs for dealers, planning growth, coordinating presentations, and traveling frequently to meet customers. A Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of related experience is required, with bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or 8 years of related experience.
• Proven ability to communicate with corporate staff, sales teams, and customers.
• Knowledge of sales strategies, processes and approaches.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired for this role.
• Intermediate computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory to promote Diablo and Freud products.
• Plan for monthly, quarterly and yearly growth while staying within budget.
• Administrative duties: scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, and supporting territory growth.
• Overnight travel 8-10 days per month to meet customers and develop the territory.
