Job summary

Diablo Tools Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead the MEP channel across Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. This full-time role focuses on developing strategies, growing market share, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or 8 years of commensurate experience, strong communication, English/Spanish bilingual is a plus, and solid MS Office skills. Overnight travel (8–10 days per month) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field required or have 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Basic understanding of sales strategies, processes and approaches.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired for this role.
• Intermediate computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc).

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory with the purpose to convert, promote and consolidate key categories to Freud / Diablo.
• Administrative responsibilities include scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, suggested orders, and other administrative duties that contributes to a collaborative approach to growing the territory’s market share and sales volume.
• Build sustainable territory to achieve assigned goals and metrics outlined by your manager.
• Overnight Travel 8-10 Days/month to meet Customers & Develop Territory (as assigned)
