Job summary

Diablo Tools Inc. in the United States is expanding its MEP Sales Team and seeks an extroverted, highly motivated sales professional. The role focuses on gaining market share across Western North Carolina and South Carolina and delivering monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales numbers.

Primary duties include developing programs for key dealers, planning growth within the budget, and handling administrative tasks such as orders and presentations. Expect 50–75% overnight travel to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Basic understanding of sales strategies, processes and approaches.
• Bilingual- English/Spanish highly desired for this role.
• Intermediate computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc).

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within territory to promote Diablo products.
• Plan for monthly, quarterly and yearly growth while staying within budget.
• Administrative duties include scheduling, placing orders, preparing presentations and suggested orders.
• Build sustainable territory to achieve goals and metrics; travel 50-75%.
