Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor, MEP to lead on the Starbase Infrastructure team. You will supervise a group of laborers and contractors to enable the build and activation of infrastructure for multiple projects.

You will oversee site logistics, safety compliance, and coordination with engineering and project management to ensure schedules, costs, and scope are met. This role requires hands-on leadership on a high-intensity outdoor site and readiness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced construction project.
• Supervise a team dedicated to site logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Plan, implement and enforce construction site logistics to meet project goals and schedule.
• Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, porta-pots, rental equipment).
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive a safety culture on site.
• Coordinate daily with contractors and internal partners; resolve conflicts.
• Maintain daily logs and report project status to management.
• Coordinate procurement, proposals, contracts, and project cost/schedule tracking.
