Job summary

SpaceX in Wisconsin is seeking a Construction Supervisor, MEP to lead a team of laborers and subcontractors for infrastructure builds at Starbase projects. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, schedule crews, and ensure safety policies are followed.

Responsibilities include managing site logistics, equipment, and materials, coordinating with engineering and project management, and maintaining daily logs. Travel and extended hours may be required; a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a multi-discipline construction team.
• Ability to read, review, and approve shop/fabrication drawings.
• Background in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping or geotechnical projects.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced project and manage resources.
• Plan and enforce site logistics to meet project goals and schedule.
• Manage construction assets, equipment, and materials on site.
