Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Supervisor, MEP, to lead a multi-discipline contractor team at Starbase. The role involves managing logistics, schedules, and safety on a high-profile project with tight deadlines and complex coordination with engineering and facilities teams.

The candidate should have a background in construction management, 2+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to work in demanding outdoor environments. Travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site supervision of a fast-paced, high impact construction project including supervising a team dedicated to site logistics/operations.
• Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics to enable project goals and schedule.
• Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, porta-potties, rental equipment, etc.).
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture on the jobsite.
• Coordinate daily field operations and resolve conflicts among contractors and internal teams.
• Manage site logistics including deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, and staging of materials.
• Ensure jobsite cleanliness and maintain daily operation logs for management.
