Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of experience leading projects up to $15M in scope.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-construction, preplanning, and construction project scheduling process.
• Review and approve project budgets (labor, material, and subcontractors) to determine resource allocation from start to finish.
• Negotiate and create subcontractor contracts with external vendors to benefit the project.
• Manage project finances including profitability and cash flow.
• Lead design coordination and resolution with engineers, architects and other trades to determine specifications.
