Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and 4+ years in MEP commissioning; BCxP/CxA/CxT/CCP certifications are a plus but not required. Travel to DMV sites up to 30–40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC, or related field with 4+ years in MEP commissioning.
• Cx certifications preferred (BCxP, CxA, CxT, CCP) but not required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret design documents and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities for commercial HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure QA/QC and quality performance.
• Travel to DMV project sites up to 30–40%.
• Support testing, balancing, and commissioning equipment.
