Diablo Tools, Inc. is expanding its MEP Sales Team and seeking an extroverted, highly motivated sales professional.

This role focuses on gaining 100% market share within Western North Carolina and South Carolina by executing strategic programs for key dealers and categories. You will travel 50-75% overnight to meet customers, develop presentations, and manage orders, aiming to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Basic understanding of sales strategies, processes and approaches.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired for this role.
• Intermediate computer proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory to promote and consolidate key categories.
• Plan for monthly, quarterly and yearly growth while staying within budget and expenses.
• Schedule orders, develop presentations, and perform related administrative duties.
• Build sustainable territory to achieve goals and metrics set by management.
• Travel 50-75% overnight to support customers and drive sales.
