Job summary

DBM Vircon is seeking a MEP BIM Designer to support mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and model coordination on diverse projects. You will create and manage BIM models in Revit, coordinate across disciplines, and participate in coordination meetings to ensure seamless project integration.

The role requires proficiency in Revit and MEP design, with experience in federated BIM models and CDEs. Expect collaborative, dynamic projects and opportunities to contribute to workflow improvements

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit and MEP design across mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience with federated BIM models and common data environments (CDEs).
• Ability to lead model coordination meetings and resolve clashes.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage accurate 2D and 3D MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines in a federated environment.
• Lead model coordination meetings and resolve design clashes.
• Support workflows improvements and potential automation/scripting.
