Job summary

Citrine LLC is seeking a BIM Designer to support development, coordination, and maintenance of BIM deliverables across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes collaboration with electrical teams to produce models, drawings, and documentation meeting project standards.

The position is open near Lakewood, CO with hybrid work; remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM/Revit production experience, preferably supporting electrical or MEP projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field preferred; alternative degrees/certifications will be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit required.
• Experience preparing electrical construction documents, including power and lighting layouts.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection processes (e.g., Navisworks).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain BIM models and drawings using Revit and related software across architectural, structural, MEP teams.
• Prepare electrical construction documents, including power plans and lighting layouts.
• Coordinate model updates and deliverables through all project phases.
• Support BIM standards implementation, model organization, and documentation management.
• Assist with clash detection and coordination to resolve design conflicts.
• Produce construction documents and drawing sets per project/company standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, contractors, and PMs to support execution.
