Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Menu Growth Senior Specialist to drive restaurant menu performance across EMEA. You will partner with the Menu Growth Manager to analyze performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into concrete initiatives.

You’ll own end‑to‑end workstreams, collaborate with local Account Management and Merchant Operations, and measure impact to scale successful approaches across markets.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations or comparable analytical role.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills; turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable with large datasets, SQL/Snowflake, Excel/Sheets and BI tools.
• Fluent business English; experience in marketplaces or high‑growth tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Menu Growth Analysis: analyze demand, identify gaps and growth opportunities using SQL/Snowflake and dashboards.
• Initiative Execution: own defined Menu Growth initiatives end‑to‑end from planning through rollout and measurement.
• Market & Stakeholder Collaboration: work with local teams across EMEA to drive adoption and coordinate actions.
