Qualifications

• Fluency in Croatian and English with pitching and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell ads and promotions to merchants, owning a pipeline and revenue targets.
• Prioritize time across managed and unmanaged merchants.
• Pitch to merchants, handle objections, and close deals.
• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns for strong ROI.
• Collaborate with managers to align campaigns with goals.
• Support sales enablement with pitches, reports and best practices.
• Use AI tools to prioritise prospects and speed up reporting.
