Alpaca Health, an in-person ABA therapy network, is hiring RBTs to work with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a BCBA-created plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to help kids grow.

No initial RBT certification is required for many roles; if not certified yet, Alpaca Health offers a clear path and BCBA mentorship from day one, with training reimbursement in some practices.

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.
• Experience or interest in working with children with autism is preferred.
