Job summary

Alpaca Health, Inc. is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to guide progress.

Active RBT certification is preferred, but we’ll help you earn one. We offer mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and opportunities for career growth toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Ability to work with kids with autism in various settings.
• Reliable; able to follow a BCBA-directed plan.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build consistent relationships.
• You’ll stay closely mentored by a BCBA with ongoing support.
