Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. In this role, you’ll follow a BCBA's plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and track progress.

Active RBT certification is preferred, but if you’re not certified yet, Alpaca Health will help you earn it. Full-time or part-time schedules with flexible hours; a mentorship from a BCBA rather than corporate managers.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or pursued.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if not yet certified.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a BCBA-approved plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Build consistent relationships and track progress with supervision.
