Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Match Support Specialist to actively manage mentoring matches, provide coaching and resources, and document progress in Salesforce. You will engage Bigs, Littles, and families by phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and alignment with youth-development goals.

Some evenings and Saturdays may be required. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration, timely case documentation, and adherence to agency

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coaching and guiding families.
• Experience in youth mentoring, social services, or case management preferred.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays; in-office and virtual work.
• Ability to document accurately in CRM systems and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of mentoring matches with required contacts and documentation.
• Facilitate match introduction meetings and provide ongoing support for families.
• Conduct pre-match trainings and participant learning opportunities.
• Build professional relationships with Bigs, Littles, and parents; provide coaching and resources.
• Assess match quality, safety, progress toward goals, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Identify at-risk matches and document intervention strategies; report to leadership.
• Document match closures and coordinate re-engagement when appropriate.
• Support trainings, workshops, and events; ensure timely CRM updates.
