Job summary

BBBSLA is seeking a Community-Based Enrollment & Matching Specialist to support enrollment, matching, and ongoing mentoring for Littles and Bigs. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, assessments, and information sessions, entering data, and ensuring program quality.

The role combines in-person, virtual, and occasional travel to communities within Los Angeles, requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Child Development, Education or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children, families, volunteers, or community members in assessment, case management, counseling, education, mentoring, or related environment preferred.
• Fingerprint-based background check and pre-employment screening completed.
• Valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for travel to participant homes and events.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and enrollment services to children, youth, families, and mentors.
• Enter and maintain participant information in Salesforce CRM and other systems.
• Match mentors with youth and coordinate schedules and trainings.
• Conduct information sessions, interviews, and assessments for enrollment processes.
• Travel to program events and participate in community outreach as needed.
