The schedule combines in‑office, in-field, and independent hours. Minimum education is a Bachelor's degree; starting salary ranges from $38,000 to $40,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal relations.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with populations facing adversity is a plus.
• Microsoft Office and Salesforce knowledge preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus and incentivized.

Responsibilities

• Conduct match meetings, contacts, supervision, support, and closures within guidelines.
• Maintain warm, trusting relationships among matches, Bigs, Littles, and guardians.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to supervisor and maintain organized match files.
• Participate in program events, recruitment, and fundraising activities.
• Represent KSBBBS positively in all spaces and interactions.
• Make timely referrals to appropriate agencies when issues arise.
• Conduct home visits, assessments, intakes, and interviews with youth, parents/guardians, and Big applicants.
