Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Idaho seeks a Match Support Specialist to work directly with volunteers, Littles, and families, ensuring child safety, positive youth development, and strong relationships. You will manage a caseload, coach families, document in Matchforce, and help launch the High School Bigs program in fall 2027.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in Human Services or Youth Development, exceptional communication, tech proficiency (Salesforce/Matchforce), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in Human Services or Youth Development preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional on the phone and in writing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and databases (Salesforce/Matchforce).

Responsibilities

• Stellar Caseload Management: maintain outreach to meet standards.
• Relationship Coaching & Support to sustain long-lasting relationships.
• Child Safety & Assessment with focus on welfare and interventions.
• Data & Compliance: document in Matchforce and track grant requirements.
• Meet & Greets: in-person introductions to spark relationship development.
• Specialty Program Coordination: support High School Bigs program launch and site programming.
• Community Integration: collect photos and stories to champion the agency.
