Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters Central MT is seeking a Program Enrollment & Site Based Match Support Specialist to oversee enrollment, interviews, background checks, and match support for site-based mentoring. You will work with volunteers, youth and families in person and remotely to ensure child safety and positive outcomes.

The role also manages scheduling, data collection, and collaboration with staff to meet monthly goals and ensure quality matches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus one of four years of related work experience OR an associate/bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interviewing and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport in multicultural environments.
• Ability to ensure child safety standards and manage risk in all job functions.
• Experience training, monitoring, and supporting youth in classroom settings.
• Ability to work remotely from home but be available for in-person interviews/events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a contact schedule with volunteers, youth, and parents to ensure safety and positive development.
• Interview volunteers, youth, and guardians to determine eligibility and complete assessments.
• Coordinate enrollment tasks, background checks, and documentation.
• Meet monthly/annual goals for new matches and satisfaction.
• Represent the organization positively and collaborate with team members.
