Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee is seeking a part-time SB Monitor to support school-based mentoring programs in Milwaukee and Waukesha. The role involves coordinating activities, conducting youth interviews, and maintaining accurate records in the Matchforce database.

You will assist with match meetings, attendance tracking, and liaison with schools while ensuring a welcoming, confidential, and safe environment for youth and mentors. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 15-20 hours weekly with a 9:00am–5:00pm schedule.
• Experience with youth programs is helpful but not required.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff in program coordination, child interviews, match support, and survey administration.
• Monitor school sites during day and after-school mentoring programs in Milwaukee and/or Waukesha.
• Track attendance and guide positive interactions between youth and mentors.
• Maintain communication with school liaisons and provide administrative support.
• Ensure a safe environment for mentoring activities and accurate documentation in the Matchforce system.
