Job summary

Greenbrook, a Neuronetics subsidiary, is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to serve as the main contact for patients throughout treatment in Massachusetts. The role coordinates care, schedules, supports insurance and prior authorizations, and helps patients overcome access barriers.

You'll work with clinical teams and revenue cycle partners to keep treatment on track. This on-site position offers competitive pay and full benefits, with opportunities to grow within a mission-driven healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in patient care coordination or related field.
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree with 2+ years in healthcare coordination or patient support.
• Experience with EHR/CRM systems; AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients from consultation to treatment completion, ensuring a supportive experience.
• Coordinate appointments, provider schedules, and treatment timelines for access and efficiency.
• Monitor patient progress and address barriers that delay care.
• Collaborate with Authorization Specialists and care teams to keep plans on track.
• Support prior authorization workflows and ensure patient coverage during treatment.
• Coordinate specialty pharmacy activities and treatment readiness.
