Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, a subsidiary of Neuronetics, is seeking a compassionate Case Manager for our California clinics (Carlsbad or Mission Valley). You will be the primary contact for patients, coordinate care, manage scheduling and prior authorizations, and help patients navigate insurance and treatment access.

You will collaborate with Authorization Specialists, providers, and the care team to keep plans on track, document progress in CRM/EHR, and ensure a high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of patient care coordination or related experience.
• Experience with EHR/CRM systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and empathy in patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care from consultation through treatment.
• Manage scheduling, provider calendars, and treatment timelines.
• Assist with insurance benefits and prior authorizations.
• Maintain accurate patient records in CRM and EHR systems.
• Collaborate with Authorization Specialists and clinical teams to keep plans on track.
