Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join a collaborative clinical team. We support clinicians as they work toward licensure and provide growth through supervision and education.

The role focuses on outpatient therapy with diverse clients, including crisis and care planning, in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that values ethical practice and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
