Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed or provisional mental health therapists to join a collaborative clinical team and empower clients in our community.

As a Therapist, you will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, participate in case consultations, develop safety and wellness plans, and ensure thorough documentation and billing under supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Willing to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
