Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks Licensed Mental Health Therapists to empower clients in behavioral health. You’ll work with a clinical team to support licensure progress, deliver outpatient therapy, and contribute to a sustainable, personalized practice within a caring community.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Current active license in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
