Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed mental health therapists to empower communities and expand access to behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligible by hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong ethics and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
