Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking licensed mental health therapists to empower clients and support licensure goals. The role emphasizes collaborative care, clinical growth, and supervision opportunities within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field and an active license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) or eligibility by hire.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance forms with accuracy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other staff.
