New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed Mental Health Therapists to empower clients in behavioral health. Join a collaborative clinical team that supports growth and licensure progress in a supportive environment.

As a Therapist, you will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop crisis and wellness plans, and engage in case consultations while coordinating with psychiatrists and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in required field and licensure pathway identified.
• Proactive commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
