New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed or license-eligible therapists to join our collaborative team. You will deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally aware assessments, and develop comprehensive care plans in a supportive environment designed for growth.

Our clinicians work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, accessible mental health care. A $2,500 hiring incentive is available at this location for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field is required.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and supervision.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists for holistic care.
