New Directions Mental Health is hiring Licensed Therapists to join a supportive clinical team dedicated to accessible behavioral health care. You will conduct strength-based assessments and deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, while developing comprehensive care and crisis plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Education that leads to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians and staff.
