Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed or licensure-eligible therapists to join our behavioral health team. You will deliver outpatient therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team, and support your licensure path within our caring network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, staff, and therapists.
